With the polystar 400 SZ heat sealing tongs, the sealing elements are behind a protective polycarbonate cover. Only a small amount of heat makes its way through the cooling slots.
The tong handles are, at most, warm to the touch – thanks to our superior thermal insulation.
The sealing elements are closed and protected by the polycarbonate cover when not in use. “Accidental” burning is practically impossible.

Easy to use:

-Weighing in at just 1.5 kg, they can be used for long periods of time non-stop.
-They are not top-heavy and therefore make work more comfortable and less tiring.
-Easy to open/close by pressing the handles together/releasing them.
-The sealing process is started when the heat sealing tongs (sealing elements) are closed.
-The sealing temperature can be set using the turnable pointer knob in the handle.
-The sealing time can be set using the special handle electronics.
-Visual and audible status indication.
-Visual and audible error signal in the event of deviations/operating errors.
-Aluminium and paper composite films and/or PA/PE and PP films can be effortlessly sealed to lock out air and lock in aromas with the polystar® 400 SZ heat  sealing tongs.

Important: The polystar sealing tongs are not suitable for polyethylene bags (PE bags).

Polystar 400 SZ Sealtang

Een permanent verwarmde sealtang die zowel gebruiksvriendelijk als zwaar is en absoluut veilig in gebruik en bescherming. De afdichttang type 400 SZ sealtang combineert precies dat: veiligheid en lichtheid – en GS-getest.

De 400 mm lange sealbekken (lasnaadlengte) van de polystar hot sealtang 400 SZ zitten achter een hitte beschermende polycarbonaat afdekking. Slechts een beetje restwarmte dringt door de koelsleuven.
De handgrepen van de tang worden zo warm als hand – dankzij onze betrouwbare warmte-isolatie.
De afdichtingselementen zijn gesloten wanneer ze niet worden gebruikt en worden beschermd door de polycarbonaat kap. Brandt op b.v. handen “per ongeluk” is bijna onmogelijk.

Werking:
Steek de stekker in het stopcontact, schakel in, stel de seal temperatuur en sealtijd in, wacht even en laten we gaan: u opent de sealtang en plaatst het zakje van composietfolie tussen de sealbekken. Sluit vervolgens gewoon de afdicht tang en let op de visuele en akoestische statusweergave. Na het sealen de sealtang weer openen. Verwijder de verzegelde composietfilm met uw perfect beschermde item. Afgewerkt! Veiliger kunnen uw artikelen niet worden verpakt.

Features:
-Met het lichte gewicht van 1,5 kg kunt u composietfilms permanent en continu afdichten.
-Geen topzwaar werk en dus ook geen onergonomisch en vermoeiend werk.
-Eenvoudig openen / sluiten van de heatseal tang door het indrukken / loslaten van de tang handgrepen.
-Bij het sluiten van de hot sealtang (sealbekken) is het sealen al begonnen.
-Instellen van de seal temperatuur met een draaibare wijzerknop in de tanghendel.
-Instellen van de sealtijd met de speciale handgreep elektronica.
-Optische en akoestische statusweergave.
-Optisch en akoestisch foutsignaal bij afwijkingen / verkeerde bediening.
